The Nevada Public Employee’s Retirement System, better known as Nevada PERS, has contracted D4 Advanced Media for the first phase of the redesign and development of the Nevada PERS website.

Nevada PERS is a tax-qualified defined benefit plan created by the Nevada Legislature in 1947 to provide a reasonable base income to qualified employees who have been employed by a public employer.

Nevada PERS members and retirees can set up their own online member accounts after 90 days of employment. Nevada PERS has grown to serve over 105,000 members and 64,000 benefit recipients.

The web design and development work performed by D4 Advanced Media will include an updated graphical user interface, improved usability and navigation on both desktop and mobile devices, and improved user navigation and content experience.

The new website will also feature content management software to allow Nevada PERS to create, edit and manage content on the website.

The project is expected to be completed in fall 2018.
