Firetail – Website Design

Posi-Lūm is the inventor of the FireTail, a superior alternative to a pressure switch for rifle-mounted flashlights. By attaching a FireTail to the tail-cap of a rifle-mounted tactical flashlight, you gain the ability to activate the flashlight with a less awkward, more ergonomic lateral squeeze motion.

Website Buildout & Custom Features

Starting the project in Summer 2019, D4 aimed to create a unique and captivating website that best promotes the Firetail.

Some of the custom development includes:

• Animated load-screen on the homepage.
• Creation of a script that mounts the Firetail onto a flashlight as the user scrolls down.
• Implementation of subtle fade-in animations.
• Vertical navigation and smooth scroll to easily access each section.
• Customization of the theme to allow reviews on the product page.
• Responsive web design.
