In less than six weeks we developed a fully integrated marketing campaign for HingeHanger that received special recognition and was showcased at the International Home + Housewares Tradeshow in April 2016 in Chicago, Illinois. The product has received attention and commitments from major houseware retailers such as Home Depot, Bed Bath & Beyond, Target and Walmart.
D4 designed and developed (all in-house!) the branding strategy, logo design, product development, product design, product photography, website design and development, e-commerce integration, social media, print collateral, tradeshow booth design and product packaging design. The collateral was refined using focus groups and feedback from industry experts.
HingeHanger was under the gun when they came to us and needed a fast turnaround. D4 developed and implemented a full integrated marketing strategy in less than 6 weeks showcasing the smart and fresh new way HingeHanger’s space-saving product was to be used, as well as the clean design and branding to match.
D4 quickly developed a branding strategy by testing the product, coming up with new uses for it and targeting houseware buyers and early adopters of new design. A logo was created to mimic the door hinge that the product hangs from. We then got to work on the packaging, website design and tradeshow banners. We created set designs to match the product’s clean look and held photo shoots to highlight the product, showing the product’s uses and lifestyle shots. The images were used for the packaging, print design and website. All of this was completed before a big tradeshow HingeHanger wanted to showcase their product at.
The integrated marketing campaign helped HingeHanger’s product to be selected in the top ten most innovative products for the International Housewares Tradeshow.
